At the same time, people professionals across the region are increasingly investing in their own development. There is a growing demand for globally recognised HR training and CIPD qualifications that build credibility, confidence, and professional identity, while still respecting local context and lived workplace realities.
This need became especially clear to us through conversations with HR professionals across Africa, including during webinars and professional discussions, where a consistent message emerged:

The launch of our Nigeria centre reflects our commitment to strengthening professional identity, embedding ethical practice, and supporting HR professionals to make a meaningful impact within their organisations and communities.
This centre is delivered by We-are-HR, in collaboration with GoldStead Resources Company Ltd and HR Expo Africa, and supported by CIPD.
