Founded in 1996, the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB) is the leading advocate for human resource management and development across Barbados. With a vibrant membership of over 200 professionals from diverse sectors, HRMAB provides a powerful platform for collaboration, professional growth, and the advancement of best HR practices.

Guided by strong values, including integrity, respect, equity, lifelong learning, and excellence, HRMAB is committed to enhancing the role of HR in driving organisational success and national development. In partnership with HRMAB, We-are-HR supports the development of HR professionals in Barbados through internationally recognised CIPD qualifications, empowering practitioners with the knowledge, confidence, and credibility to lead positive change in their organisations. 

The Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU) is a professional membership body for HR practitioners, dedicated to promoting the status and professional standing of its members. HRMAU fosters people-driven organisational transformation and provides a collaborative forum for discussion, knowledge-sharing, and communication, all for the advancement of Human Resource Management practice in Uganda. 

In partnership with HRMAU, We-are-HR supports the upskilling of HR professionals across Uganda through globally recognised CIPD qualifications, helping to strengthen strategic HR capability and raise professional standards across the region.

Black Women in HR (BWHR) is a dynamic organisation empowering Black professionals in HR. Through mentorship and coaching, BWHR fosters personal growth and provides a platform for members to connect and uplift each other.
