What is the ReAct+ Programme?

ReAct+ is a Welsh Government initiative designed to help individuals impacted by redundancy to get back into the workforce. It is not just a safety net; it’s a launchpad for new careers. The programme provides financial support for vocational training such as CIPD qualifications that boosts your employability and bridges the skills gap in the Welsh economy.

The Key Benefit: Eligible applicants can access a training grant of up to £1,500, which can be used toward the cost of your chosen qualification.
