What is Arabic Learning Support?
Arabic Learning Support is an optional service for We-are-HR learners studying CIPD Level 3, 5 or 7. Learners continue to study and complete their assessments in English while receiving additional support from a dedicated Arabic-speaking Learning Support tutor throughout their programme.Â
CIPD qualifications are delivered and assessed in English. But when English isn’t your first language, there may be moments when discussing something in Arabic helps you understand it more clearly.Â

It doesn’t replace your tutor or change the requirements of your CIPD qualification. Instead, it provides an additional layer of language-aware learning support designed specifically for Arabic-speaking learners.

Bushra Al Bureshaid is an accomplished HR and Administration Manager, CIPD Lecturer and Assessor with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, administration, organisational development, compliance and operational excellence across the healthcare, retail, government and education sectors.Â
She holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Business and Financial Sciences at Ahlia University.Â
With more than five years of academic and learner-support experience, Bushra has delivered and assessed CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 programmes for adult learners across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. She has extensive experience in curriculum delivery, learner assessment, quality assurance, professional mentoring and employability development.Â
