How was your Month of April?

April is a month where many of us were celebrating different festivities, such as Easter, Ramadan, and Eid.

As a diverse centre, we respect our Learners’ cultures and accommodate our programmes to incorporate rest breaks for Prayer and the breaking of fasts.

Easter, for many of us, is a time to reconnect with family and friends and to have a much-needed break from work!

As our CIPD Centre continues to expand, our mission remains centered on nurturing HR professionals who prioritise not only the wellbeing of their colleagues but also their own personal health and balance.

Learner of the Month

This month’s Learner of the Month Award goes to the kind and caring Bernard Lewis!

Bernard came onto the programme from a background in Finance, and he enjoyed the unit on Evidence Based Practice where he demonstrated his ability to build graphs and analyse trends to an impressive level. He kindly offered his help and support to other learners on the Cohort. While other units, heavier on theory, might not have been his initial comfort zone, Bernard persevered. He even tackled those challenges while balancing work with some personal difficulties. His dedication is truly inspiring!
