The We-are-HR May 2025 Newsletter

Dear Readers,

How has your May been?

It’s been an exciting month for We-are-HR as we launched our much anticipated Q&A sessions for each CIPD Level 3, 5 and & 7. These sessions are open to ALL CIPD learners as our way of giving back!

We got some amazing comments from learners as well:

Thank you for the support. I appreciate.

– Otim Emmanuel

We have seen an increasing number of CIPD learners coming to us feeling frustrated and let down, having received poor or incorrect guidance from unofficial groups that aren’t accredited centres. Sadly, some of this misinformation has led students to re-submit assignments unnecessarily, causing stress, delays, and a knock to their confidence.

At We-are-HR, we believe that every CIPD learner, regardless of where they study, deserves access to accurate, reliable advice from qualified professionals. That’s why we’re proud to be the first accredited centre to offer free, open support to all CIPD students, not just our own.

Our commitment to the CIPD community runs deep. We’re here not just to educate but to uplift, championing a culture of kindness, collaboration, and professional integrity. Our goal has always been to grow the credibility of the HR and L&D profession in a way that’s passionate, people-focused, and rooted in genuine care.

On that note we have been filling our kindness through some exciting partnerships in the African region our Associate David Yevugah has been managing these with region and complexity. He has been talking at many conferences in Africa about the CIPD qualifications and the importance of upskilling ourselves as HR Professionals.
