Our NOCN online courses offer all of the benefits of classroom workshops with the flexibility of attending live sessions online. Lessons are fully interactive and delivered live by our tutors following the same fully approved NOCN structure as all of our courses. We offer workshops to fit around you both daytime and evening.

What is NOCN Live Online?

Get the best of both worlds with our NOCN study options. You will receive the same tutor support and peer-to-peer interaction that you would get in any of our classroom sessions, combined with the convenience of online remote study.

You can also benefit from having a schedule, as you will be expected to login to attend in person at each Live Online session at a set date and time. What is more, as our NOCN Online courses are remote we can offer them to people from across the UK and internationally.

At the height of the pandemic, the CIPD took a backseat for me, due to work pressures. Natasia was understanding and still ensured she checked in with me and reviewed deadlines to accommodate my schedule. Natasia always made time to have virtual meetings with me and was willing to hold them as frequently as I required, even if it meant multiple times a week. Throughout my CIPD course Natasia was very supportive and was determined for me to pass more than me! I would definitely recommend Natasia as a tutor.

I have just started my Level 5 CIPD qualification with We-are-HR. Natasia is an engaging teacher. She is enthusiastic about the subject and it shows in her teaching. She goes over and above in classes and is always available to answer queries or help in any way. I also like the fact that my class size is small so we can be flexible in terms of whether classes are delivered remotely or face to face. All in all I am enjoying the course and would recommend We-are-HR.
