As the Founder of We-are-HR I have seen the benefits of having a Strengths Profile Assessment completed on myself which has provided an insight into my top talents, career drivers, personal values, weaker areas, over used talent, and my best self-DNA. 

Understanding these strengths has positively impacted my career as it has provided me with a starting point on which I have recognised for personal and professional development.  

Some of the benefits has been an increase in self-awareness I have learnt to recognise my strengths, and this has enabled me to have a better understanding of my skills, abilities, and areas where I excel. This self-awareness has helped me to make more informed decisions and focus my efforts on areas where I can truly shine. 

I have benefited from improved job satisfaction; as the Founder of a Micro-business, I am constantly juggling tasks the whole day. I have found that focusing and aligning task with my strengths has enabled me to delegate more effectively and in-turn I feel more fulfilled and satisfied. Leveraging my strengths has allowed me to engage in tasks that come naturally to me, giving me a sense of accomplishment and enjoyment, which has led to an increase in job satisfaction.  

I feel that my performance has enhanced as I am utilising my strengths therefore, I am performing at my best as I am better able to excel and produce high quality work which has led to an increase in productivity. 

I certainly feel more confident within myself as I am more aware of my capabilities and what I can bring to the table, I am more self-assured in my professional endeavours. This confidence has fuelled my motivation to take on new challenges within the business and to push the boundaries. 

I have also learnt how to better work as a team through understanding my strengths has improved my ability to work with others.

Since starting We-are-HR in 2016, I have attended numerous training programmes, had two amazing mentors and been involved in some challenging projects that have stretched my abilities. By focussing on continually trying to improve my strengths, having a deeper understanding of my values and my key drivers has opened doors to new opportunities such as the opportunity to partner with TalentPredix and to offer the Strengths Profiles Assessment to our community of learners and clients.
